摘要
研究云南松(Pinus yunnanensis Franch)、华山松(Pinus armandii Franch)、滇油杉(Keteleeria evelyniana Mast)、云南拟单性木兰(Parakmeria yunnanensis Hu)树叶提取物对楚雄腮扁叶蜂产卵雌蜂选择的影响。趋向试验表明,楚雄腮扁叶蜂产卵雌蜂对云南松和华山松针叶提取物表现显著的趋向反应,而对滇油杉表现出较弱的趋向反应,对云南拟单性木兰树叶挥发物则表现忌避反应;产卵选择试验表明,楚雄腮扁叶蜂更偏好在云南松、华山松上产卵,而不选择滇油杉,云南拟单性木兰的树叶提取物可明显抑制楚雄腮扁叶蜂在云南松、华山松、滇油杉上的产卵。
Oviposition behaviors of Cephalica chuxiongnica influenced by clued extracts of leaves of Pinus yunnanensis,Pinus armandii,Keteleeria evelyniana,and Parakmeria yunnanensis were studied.Results of taxis response showed that the egg-laying temales significantly tended to extrats of needles of P.yunnanensis,P.armandii.The taxis responses to extract of K.evelyniana was less than those to the two Pinus species.Leaf extract of Parakmeria yunnanensis was repellent to the females.Tests of oviposition choice showed that C.chuxiongnica preferred to choose P.yunnanensis,P.armandii as their oviposition host when compared with needles of K.evelyniana.The clued extract of Parakmeria yunnanensis could inhibit the oviposition of the females on needles of P.yunnanensis,P.armandii and K.evelyniana.
