臭椿乙醇提取物对荠菜种子萌发的抑制作用

Inhibitory Effects of Ailanthus Ethanol Extracts on the Growth of Weed Capsella

采用索氏提取法,以无水乙醇为溶剂获得臭椿[Ailanthus altissima （Mill.） swingle]提取物,采用提取物药膜法处理杂草荠菜[Capsella bursa-pastoris（L.）Medic]种子.结果表明,臭椿乙醇提取物对荠菜种子萌发有强烈的抑制作用,可延缓种子萌发;在1.25-5.00 g/L浓度范围内,荠菜种子部分萌发,随着臭椿乙醇提取物浓度升高,荠菜种子发芽率减少,发芽指数降低、活力指数下降,种子发芽、根长、株高、鲜重的抑制率均提高,在5.00-10.00 g/L浓度范围内,荠菜种子只有极少数萌发或不萌发,发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均接近或等于0,种子发芽、根长、株高、鲜重的抑制率也接近或达到100％,在10.00-20.00 g/L浓度范围内,荠菜种子不能萌发,发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均为0,种子发芽、根长、株高、鲜重的抑制率达到100％.

Soxhlet extraction method and ethanol was used to obtain ailanthus extracts.The extracts membrane method was used to treat the seed of weed capsella bursa pastoris.The results showed that the ethanol extracts of ailanthus had strong inhibiting effect on the seed germination of shepherd＇s purse.Within the 1.25-5.00 g/L concentration,part of the shepherd＇spurse seeds germinated with the density of ailanthus ethanol extract increasing,the germination percentage of the shepherd＇s purse reducesd.The germination index and vigor index decreased.The inhibition rate of seed germination,root length,plant height,and fresh weight increased.Within the 5.00-10.00 g/L concentration range,a very few shepherd＇s-purse seeds germinated.Germination rate,germination index,and vigor index was close to zero.The inhibition rate of seed germination,root length,plant height,and fresh weight was nearly 100％.Within the 10.00-20.00 g/L concentration range,the shepherd＇s purse seed did not germinate.The germination rate,germination index and vigor index was zero.The inhibition rate of seed germination,root length,plant height,and fresh weight was 100％.
