摘要
通过野外调查和室内分析相结合的方法,研究了贵州省三穗县何首乌及其种植地土壤中重金属As、Cd、Hg、Pb和Cu的含量特征,对何首乌和土壤中重金属污染程度进行科学评价,然后利用灰色关联度法研究何首乌和土壤中重金属的相关关系。结果表明,何首乌产地土壤中Pb、As含量很低,处于清洁级别,Cd、Hg和Cu含量较高,超标现象相对普遍,但土壤重金属总体上多数处于尚清洁水平;药材何首乌中各重金属含量均达到标准要求,不存在重金属污染情况;相关分析表明,何首乌中Hg与土壤中Hg含量显著相关,其他重金属相关性不明显。
The concentrations of As,Cd,Hg,Pb,Cu in polygonum multiflorum thumb and its planted soils at Sansui county in Guizhou province were analyzed and assessed.The contamination of heavy metal in polygonum multiflorum thumb and soils,and its correlation were evaluated with grey association analysis.The results showed the content of Pb and As in soils were under the national standard,but the content of Cd,Hg and Cu exceeded standard.It is indicated that the soils in studying area were characterized by no-or to-moderate pollution.The heavy metals in polygonum multiflorum thumbs were under the standard,indicating that it was not contaminated by heavy metal.The correlation analysis showed that the Hg in the polygonum multiflorum thumbs was significantly correlated with that in the soils.The other heavy metals had no obvious correlation.
