油樟叶挥发油水乳剂制备工艺的优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高油樟[Cinnamomum longepaniculatum(Gamble)N.Chao]叶挥发油的水溶性及其在制剂过程中的稳定性,采用单因素试验和正交试验确定油樟叶挥发油水乳剂配比,并对该配方产品进行验证试验,包括水乳剂类型鉴别、物理性能、稳定性、持泡性等,检验产品的合格性。结果表明,油樟叶挥发油水乳剂最佳乳化工艺确定为乳化剂亲水亲油平衡值HLB为12.0、乳化剂添加比例为4%、油樟叶挥发油添加比例为20%,所得乳剂的离心稳定性常数Ke为20.80%。此配方所得油樟叶挥发油水乳剂稳定性好,可有效减少挥发油的损失。 To improve the water-solubility of volatile oil from Cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaves and its stability in preparation process,the emulsion ratio of volatile oil was determined with single-factor experiment and orthogonal test.The quality of the emulsion were determined on the emulsion volatile oil type,physical property,stability and foam stability,etc.The results showed that the centrifugal stability constant of the emulsion was 20.80% when the hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) value was 12.0 and the addition of emulsifier and volatile oil was 4% and 20%,respectively.The emulsion had good stability and could effectively reduce the loss of volatile oil.
