摘要
以花生、油菜与葵花子为研究对象,分析了不同二氧化碳与空气的配比对主要油料的灭菌效果。结果表明在室温条件下,二氧化碳对花生仁和油菜子的灭菌效率随浓度增加而提高,而对花生果和葵花子的灭菌效果随浓度增加是先提高而后降低,当充入气体为纯二氧化碳时对花生仁和油菜子的灭菌效果最佳;当二氧化碳所占比例为50%时对花生果和葵花子的灭菌效果最佳。
The bactericidal effect of the different carbon dioxide and air ratio on the peanut,rape and sunflower seeds was analyzed.The results showed that the sterilization efficiency of carbon dioxide on the peanut and rape increased,while the sterilization efficiency of carbon dioxide on the groundnutinshell and sunflower seed increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of carbon dioxide at the room temperature.The sterilization efficiency on peanut and rape was the best when the air was filled into the pure carbon dioxide.The sterilization efficiency on groundnutinshell and sunflower seeds was the best with the ratio of 50% carbon dioxide.
