摘要
通过混配喷施促进型和抑制型植物生长调节剂,测定在大田条件下水稻叶片中总糖、还原糖以及三种保护酶的变化。通过生理指标的测定,为提高水稻抗逆性奠定了基础。在水稻分蘖期和拔节期分别喷施不同的植物生长调节剂,结果表明:水稻分蘖期喷施98%细胞分裂素+98%甲哌钅翁和98%细胞分裂素+5%烯效唑乳油有效提高了水稻叶片的还原糖、可溶性总糖含量以及保护酶活性。其中以98%细胞分裂素15.15 g·hm-2+98%甲哌钅翁30.30 g·hm-2作用为最佳,98%细胞分裂素30.30 g·hm-2+5%烯效唑乳油150 ml·hm-2、98%细胞分裂素15.15 g·hm-2+5%烯效唑乳油300 m L·hm-2次之。
The promotion and inhibition plant growth regulators were mixed to determine the changes of total sugar, reducing sugar and three kinds of protective enzyme in rice leaves of field condition. The determination of physiological index laid a foundation for improving the disease resistance of rice. The different plant growth regulator was sprayed in tillering and jointing stage of rice. The results showed that rice spraying 98% eytokinin +98% mepiquat chloride and 98% eytokinin +5% Uniconazole EC effectively improved the content of reducing sugar, soluble sugar and protective enzyme activity in the rice leaf, and the best was spraying 98% cytokinin 15.15 g·hm^-2 +98% mepiquat chloride 30.30 g ·hm^-2, which followed spraying 98% cytokinin 30.30 g·hm^-2 + 5% Uniconazole EC 150 ml·hm^-2, 98% cytokinin 15.15 g·hm^-2 + 5% Uniconazole EC 300 mL·hm^-2.
