摘要
利用3β-羟基-孕甾-5-烯-20-酮与盐酸羟胺反应生成3β-羟基-孕甾-5-烯-20-酮肟,以镍铝合金粉为催化剂将3β-羟基-孕甾-5-烯-20-酮肟还原成3β-羟基-孕甾-5-烯-20R-胺,通过1H NMR、13C NMR和2D NMR技术对其结构进行解析并归属碳谱和氢谱数据。
Abstract:3β-Hydroxypregn-5-en-20R-amine was catalyzed by Nickel Aluminum alloy power and synthesized from 3β- hydroxypregn-5-en-20-oxime,whieh was prepared from steroid material 313-hydroxypregn-5-en-20-one and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The detailed analysis and assignments were made by using ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and 2D NMR technology.
