哈尔滨市农民工住房问题研究

Study on the Housing Problem of Migrant Workers in Harbin City

农民工住房保障是社会保障的有机组成部分,城市农民工住房保障问题是关系着城市全方位稳定发展,建造和谐社会的热点问题。作为黑龙江省省会和政治经济文化中心的哈尔滨市,吸引了大量的农民工涌入以期寻求就业机会,2013年哈尔滨市农民工数量超过百万人,农民工的大量进入使得哈尔滨市农民工住房保障问题凸显。以哈尔滨市为例,从哈尔滨市农民工住房保障存在的问题,以及哈尔滨市针对城市农民工住房保障的现状采取的政策措施等方面入手,从将农民工纳入到城镇住房保障、提高住房保障相关信息的公开力度、农民工住房提供方式多元化三个方面,提出改善城市农民工住房保障的对策建议。

The housing security of migrant workers is an organic part of the social security, and the problem of housing security of migrant workers is hot issues related with comprehensively stabling development of the city and building harmonious society. As the capital of Heilongjiang province and the center of political,economic and cultural city,Harbin attracts a large number of migrant workers by employment opportunities. The number of migrant workers of Harbin is more than one million people in 2013, which makes the highlighted problem of the housing security. Taking Harbin city as an example, the problem of housing security of migrant workers and the measures of policy were studied and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. Based on the migrant workers into the urban housing security, improving the public intensity of housing security information and the diversifying housing supply of migrant workers ,the countermeasures and suggestions was provided to improve the urban migrant workers housing security.
