摘要
2004年至今,黑龙江省在大学生"村官"和"村村大学生计划"的构建和引导上已初见成效,为其自身的成长提供了宽阔的发展平台,但同时大学生"村官"也还存在着法规层面的困惑、知识技能的偏离、价值取向的偏差等问题。因此,不仅要在宏观上横向求共荣,微观上纵向求创新,还要从入职招聘、岗前培训、入职走岗、绩效考核四个方面入手,构建大学生"村官"四重引导体系,从过程中完善,建设具有黑龙江省自身特色的大学生"村官"队伍。
Since 2004 ,the initial success on the construction and guidance of college student "village officials"and "village with college student plan"in Heilongjiang province has been achieved,which can provide platform for the development.However,some problems of college student"village officials"have been identified, such as the confused laws and regulations, separation of knowledge and skills and deviation of values.Therefore,there is the need to not only seek for common prosperity laterally from macro-perspective,hut also establish the performance,the assessment to guide college student,pre-job training and the performance assessment from micro-perspective,which constructs the fourfold introductory system of college students "village official"and develops the team of "village official" with the exclusive characteristics in Heilongjiang.
