高原地区动力髋螺钉内固定术治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析探讨高原地区中青年股骨颈骨折采用动力髋螺钉内固定术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取自2010年10月-2012年10月间住院治疗的32例股骨颈骨折中青年患者作为研究对象。根据手术方式选择不同随机分为空心加压螺钉内固定术组(对照组)和动力髋螺钉内固定术组(治疗组)。观察两组患者的术后髋部疼痛发生率、术后髋关节远期功能以及术后股骨头坏死情况,进行分析比对。结果治疗组患者术后髋部疼痛发生率及股骨头坏死率显著低于对照组,而术后髋关节远期功能恢复情况显著优于对照组,两组间差异性明显(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在高原地区实施空心加压螺钉内固定术与动力髋螺钉内固定术在治疗中青年股骨颈骨折中近期效果均满意,其中动力髋螺钉内固定术远期疗效显著优于空心加压螺钉内固定术,因此,对于高原地区股骨颈骨折患者,在医疗水平及条件许可情况下,尽可能选择动力髋螺钉内固定术。 Objective: To analyze the plateau region of young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture with dynamic hip screw fixation treatment of clinical efficacy.Methods:To select since October 2010-2012 to our hospital between October and hospital treatment of 32 cases of femoral neck fractures in young and middle-aged patients as the research object. According to different operation method choice were randomly divided into the hollow compression screw internal fixation group (control group) and dynamic hip screw fixation group (treatment group). Observe two groups of patients the incidence of postoperative hip pain, postoperative hip forward function and postoperative femoral head necrosis, carries on the analysis comparison.Results:The treatment group patients with postoperative hip pain and femoral head necrosis rate was significantly lower than control group, the incidence of postoperative hip and long-term functional recovery was significantly better than control group, the differences between the two groups significantly (P 〈 0.05),with statistical significance.Coneluslon:In the plateau area implementation of hollow compression screw internal fixation with dynamic hip screw fixation in the treatment of young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture in recent results are satisfied, but dynamic hip screw fixation forward curative effect significantly better than the hollow compression screws fixation, therefore,for patients with femoral neck fracture in plateau area,under the condition of medical level and conditions permit,as far as possible choose dynamic hip screw fixation.
