摘要
为了对预混火焰在平板狭缝中熄灭的内在规律进行探讨,给出了火焰在狭缝中熄灭状态的判断依据.通过模拟甲烷/空气预混火焰在平行板狭缝中淬熄的机理及过程,借助实验和计算在特定的狭缝高度下研究预混火焰的熄灭长度与传播速度间的关系,得出了化学反应放热和壁面散热等与预混火焰传播和熄灭状态间内在关系,这为防止预混可燃气体发生爆炸和燃烧提供依据,为设计和应用阻火器提供理论上的支持.
We explore the inherent law of premixed extinguished flames in the flat slit and provides judgment basis of the flame that extinguishes in the slits.By simulating the relationship between the methane/air premixed flame in a parallel mechanism slit plate and the quenching process,we perform experimental and computational studies the relationship of the specific slot length and height off of the premixed flame between the speed of propagation,we have derived the intrinsic relationship of a chemical derived exothermic reaction and the wall cooling,In addition,we have provided the basis for the prevention of premixed combustion of combustible gas explosion,and have given the theoretical support for the design and application of flame arresters with very important significance.
