摘要
从物流市场准入法律制度内涵出发,分析了我国物流市场准入法律制度存在的问题与原因,进而从法律体系、原则体系、监管机制、物流企业市场准入规定等方面,提出完善物流市场准入法律制度的建议。
In this paper, starting from the connotation of the logistics market admission legal system, we analyzed the issues in the logistics market admission legal system in China and the cause thereof, and then proposed the suggestions to improve the system in China from the aspects of legal system, principle system, supervisory system, and regulatory system.
