以FU物流公司为例,从该公司物流现状出发,对其物流配送流程的现状进行剖析,并从物流配送制度建设、信息化水平、接送货流程等角度对问题进行分析,提出了构建层次化物流配送的管理制度、建立统一的物流配送信息化平台、完善物流配送接送货流程等对策。

In this paper, with the logistics company FU as the example, we studied the current status of the logistics distribution process of the company, analyzed the problems in the system construction, information level and reception and delivery processes of the company, and at the end proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
