摘要
对第三方物流的法律性质进行了解析,对第三方物流的风险进行了解读与识别,指出了我国第三方物流存在的主要问题,提出了构建我国第三方物流法律体系的几条举措。
In this paper, we analyzed the legal nature of third party logistics, identified the risks therein, pointed out the major issues concerning the TPL enterprises in China, and at the end proposed several measures to build the third party logistics legal system of China.
