摘要
从委托代理机制出发研究物流外包的风险和探析物流外包风险的防范措施,通过对基于委托代理的物流外包关系及其风险的深入分析,找到防范风险的良策。
In this paper, starting from the principal-agent mechanism, we studied the measures for the prevention of the risks in logistics outsourcing, and identified the most effective ones through an in-depth analysis of the relations and risks of logistics outsourcing based on principal-agent mechanism.
