基于多层次灰色评价的第三方物流服务商业务项目承接问题研究

Study on Problems in Undertaking of TPL Service Commercial Projects Based on Multi-layered Grey Evaluation

针对第三方物流服务商项目承接过程中面临的选择问题,研究了多层次灰色综合评价方法,建模过程中采用加权系数作为关联度,提高了评价结果的准确性,采用熵值的方法确定加权系数,减少人为因素造成的偏差。研究表明,基于多层次灰色理论的评价体系简便易行,对于第三方物流公司承接业务项目的选取具有一定的指导意义。

In this paper, in view of the selection problem in the undertaking of commercial projects by the TPL service providers, we studied the multi-layered grey comprehensive evaluation method, and found that the multi-layered grey theory based evaluation system was of certain instructional significance in the selection and undertaking of commercial projects by the TPL companies.
