摘要
分析了省电网公司在库存管理中存在的问题,提出了构建面向供应链管理的省电网公司储备体系的工作思路,以实现降低电网公司物流成本的同时提升电网物资供应保障能力的目的。
In this paper, we analyzed the problems in the inventory management system of provincial power grid companies, and proposed the line of thinking of the material reserve system of the companies oriented toward supply chain management.
