民营医院与公立医院医师人力资源比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的:比较分析民营医院和公立医院医师资质、工作、学习、科研等方面的情况。方法:综合运用分层抽样、系统抽样、整群抽样的方法,现场调查我国两类医院各820名、3109名医师,运用独立样本t检验、卡方检验等方法进行比较。结果:与公立医院相比,民营医院医师整体资质较低,待遇较差,人员流动性较大,科研成果较少,工作强度较小,差异具有显著性。医师考虑离开本单位的主要原因为工资待遇差、工作压力大、个人价值得不到体现和晋升机会少。结论:鼓励民营医院发展,为民营医院医师提供公平的政策环境,推进医师在公立医院和民营医院之间多点执业。 Objective: The paper aims to compare the differences of doctors qualification, work and study in public hospitals and non-pub-lic hospitals.Methods:Data of doctors in those hospitals were acquired by stratified sampling and field survey, each for 820 and 3109 respective-ly.And the data were analyzed by independent sample t test and chi-square test.Results: Doctors in Non-public hospital were significantly different from those in public hospitals among work, and research achievement.Conclusion: The development of non-public hospital should be encouraged, the fair policy circumstance should be created and the multi-sited license for doctors to work between public hospitals and non-public hospitals should be promoted.
