监狱医疗卫生模块将改变药房做账、医嘱和领药单手工书写现状。远程医疗能让服刑人员接受异地医疗专家会诊,提高了基层医务民警诊疗水平,使高端医疗资源得到充分利用,拓宽合作机构的范围。监狱医院起着社区卫生服务中心的职能,建立民警职工电子健康档案,可以为监狱民警职工提供个性化的健康相关服务。服刑人员纸质健康档案容易造成资料遗失、查找不便的情况,引起就诊效率低下等诸多问题;老弱病残服刑人员增多,医疗费用水涨船高。服刑人员健康档案电子化迫在眉睫,但干预手段需要创新。

Medical and health module will change the hand writing status of the account in pharmacy, as well as the writing of doctor＆#39;s advice and prescription.Telemedicine systems allow prisoners to accept remote medical expert＆#39;s consultation, improve the diagnosis and treatment of po-lice doctors at the basic level, make high quality medical resources to be fully utilized and broaden the select range of cooperation hospitals. Therefore, telemedicine systems are worthy of great attention.The prison hospitals function as community health service centers.Establishing electronic health records can provide the prison polices and workers with personalized health related services.As the paper-made records are easy to cause data loss which also has low efficiency in service, and the medical costs are rising along with the old, sick and disabled prisoners increasing, it is urgent to make the prisoners＆#39;health records electronic.Meanwhile, we need to innovate intervention means.
