在柔性自动控制的精益生产(LP)中,为了实现柔性自动控制,最前端的检测元件直接关系着自动控制的灵敏度和精度,着重从电阻应变片压力传感器的原理分析、制作、安装、应用进行阐述和说明,应用实例结果表明,该方法成本低、调试简便。

In the the lean production （LP） of flexible automatic control, in order to realize the flexible automatic control, the forefront detecting components have a direct relationship with the sensitivity and accuracy. The principle analysis, production, installation and application of resistance strain gauge pressure sensor are emphatically demonstrated and explained, the example results show that the method is of low cost, convenient debugging.
