基于Logit模型的高校学生专业选择和影响因素——以某大学管理学院为例

Analysis on the Willingness and Influence Factors of College Students' Profession Selection Based on Logit Model: Take the School of Management of One University for Example

基于Logit模型,分析某大学管理学院2012级财会专业调查数据,结果显示:父母和家人的意见、未来的就业机会及个人兴趣是学生选择财会专业的主要影响因素,而性别、成绩、出生地对学生选择财会专业影响并不显著。基于此,学校应建立相关信息调研部门,加强对学生的指导协调,进行综合考评后再分流,这样可以较大程度降低学生专业选择的盲目性,使教育资源得到优化利用,进而确保办学效益及各专业长远的稳定发展。

The paper analyzes the actual survey data about the students of 2012 who major in accounting in the school of management of a university based on the Logit model.The analyzed results show that the views of the parents and family members, future employment opportunities and personal interest are the main influence factors in their major selection.On the other hand, the impact of gender, academic record and birthplace of students’ are not significant.According to the results, universities should establish the Information ＆amp; Research Depart-ment, strengthen the guidance and coordination of students and channel students’ major selection based on com-prehensive evaluation.By these methods, the blindness of the selection of students will be greatly reduced, the educational resources will get optimal utilization.Thus the management performance of the school can be guaran-teed and the long-term development of majors can be stable.
