摘要
将漏磁检测技术应用于某电厂水冷壁管的腐蚀检测.采用漏磁检测技术,能从管外壁快速、简便和经济地查找管内腐蚀缺陷位置和大小,可探测的缺陷包括垢下腐蚀凹坑、氢腐蚀、裂纹、高温热腐蚀以及制造缺陷,有效防止电站锅炉水冷壁运行中的爆管停炉严重事故.
Magnetic flux leakage detecting technology is applied to water wall tube corrosion detection of a certain power plant. By applying the magnetic flux leakage detection technology, the location and the size of the tube eorrusion defects can be easly and quickly pound from the outer wall of pipe. It can also detect other defects such as scale corrosion pits, hydrogen corrosion, crack, hot corrodion and manufactruing de- fects, which can prevent serious accidents such as tube explosion and blowing out in operation of the power plant boiler water wall.
