脑络通颗粒结合认知训练治疗轻中度血管性认知障碍社区应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察脑络通颗粒结合认知训练综合干预血管性认知障碍的临床疗效。方法筛选符合标准的血管性认知障碍患者436例,按照队列研究,分成治疗组和对照组,2组均给予基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上服用脑络通颗粒,并结合认知训练,疗程为6个月。观察治疗前后日常生活能力量表(ADL)、Blessed行为量表(BBS)、老年性痴呆评定量表(ADAS-cog)及中医证候积分量表的变化,并进行评估。结果研究中脱落85例,完成病例351例,治疗组(173例)与对照组(178例)相比较,血管性认知障碍患者的认知功能、非认知特征、日常生活能力及中医证候方面的改善有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑络通颗粒结合认知训练对血管性认知障碍患者的认知功能、非认知特征、日常生活能力及中医证候等方面改善有一定的临床疗效。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of Naoluotong granules combined with cognitive training for vascular cognitive impairment.METHODS 436 qualified cases with vascular cognitive impairment were selected and,in accordance with the cohort study,those cases were divided into two groups the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were both given foundamental treatment and the treatment group was also given Naoluotong granules with cognitive training for 6 months.The changes of the activity of daily living scale (ADL),Blessed Behavior Scale (BBS),Alzheimer's Disease Rating Scale (ADAS-cog) and TCM syndromes scale were observed and analyzed before and after the treatment.RESULTS 85 cases were out of the study and the study finished with 351 cases.Compared with the control group with 178 cases,the treatment group with 173 cases who have vascular cognitive impairment showed the improvement in the cognitive function,non-cognitive characteristics,daily life ability and TCM syndrome aspects,which was statistically significant (P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Naoluotong granules together with cognitive training improves are effective in improving cognitive function,non-cognitive characteristics,daily life ability and TCM syndrome of patients with vascular cognitive impairment.
