The Clinical Experience of Professor Yu Erjian in Treating Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

介绍了虞坚尔教授治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(小儿复感)的临床经验,其对小儿复感分感染期和缓解期两个阶段进行辨治,认为感染期少阳枢机不利,湿热内蕴是病机关键,创立和解化湿,扶正祛邪之法,自拟和解方;缓解期正虚邪恋,肾虚卫表不固为主要病机,以补肾固表,和解祛余邪立法,创补肾固表方。

This paper is to introduce the clinical experience of Professor Yu Jianer in treating children＇s recurrent respiratory tract infection. He considers that the duration of children＇s recurrent respiratory tract infection can be divided into two stages： infection stage and remission. He suggested that the key pathogenesis in infection stage were disorder of qi movement in shaoyang and inner retention of heat-dampness. The therapeutic rules of harmonization, removal of dampness and strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors are developed by Professor Yu. He made Hejie Fang and Bushen Gubiao Fang for these two stages respectively.
