摘要
目的:探讨ECS在健康评估实验课教学中的应用价值。方法:在我院2012级高职护理专业学生中随机抽取10、12班作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用ECS教学,对照组采用传统教学,两组学生都选取相同的教学内容,课后采取课后考核、临床见习考核,实验组学生还进行课后教学评价。结果:实验组课后考核和临床见习考核结果均优于对照组;课后教学评价调查显示实验组学生认为ECS在临床情境的创设、阳性体征的模拟、可反复操作练习等方面具有优势。结论:与传统教学模式相比,将ECS运用于健康评估实验课教学能增强学生临床综合运用能力、促进学生身体评估操作技能的掌握以及培养学生团队协作能力等。
Objective To explore the application value of ECS in experimental teaching of Health Assessment. Methods The 2012 higher vocational nursing students from classes 10 and 12 were randomly selected as the experimental group and control group. The experimen- tal group adopted ECS teaching, while the control group used the traditional teaching. Results The evaluation results of students in the experimental group were better than those of the control group. The students of experimental group believed that the ECS had the advan- tage of creating clinical situation, simulating positive signs, and repeating practice. Conclusion Applying ECS to the experiment class of Health Assessment can enhance the clinical comprehensive ability, physical assessment skill and team cooperation ability.
