摘要
目的:探讨选修课教育对大学生食品安全防范知行的促进作用。方法:选择参加与未参加食品安全选修课的学生作为研究对象,教育前后分别对学生进行调查,观察效果。结果:教育前,两组的知行无显著差别。教育后,教育组对食品安全问题等的知晓率明显较高,食用油炸食品的比例明显较低,在学校用早餐、放置食品≤3天等的比例显著较高。结论:选修课教育可有效增强食品安全防范意识和行为。
To learn the effect of elective course on the knowledge and behavior of students for food safety. Methods : Students enrolled in the elective course were compared with those who didnt enroll. Results Before the study, there was no significant difference as to the knowledge or behavior between the two groups. After the course, those enrolled demonstrated raised awareness about food safety issues and consumed less fried food. More of those enrolled had breakfasts at school canteen and stored food less than 3 days. Conclusions : Elective course is effective to raise food safety awareness and change students' behavior.
