外科总论实验教学中引入整形外科理念的实践探讨

Bring the ideology of plastic surgery into hands on practical sessions of general surgery

随着社会的高度发展,患者对于医疗服务的质量要求不断提高,要求医生有更加精湛的技术和整形美容缝合的技巧来满足日益增长的患者需求。在此背景下文章对外科总论实验教学的内容进行了改革实验,加入整形外科的知识与理论的外科总论实验教学课程,对32名急诊临床轮转的医生进行了重新培训,并进行了培训前后的问卷调查,研究结果显示教学课程改革达到了预期效果。研究人员认为,这样的教学改革能够夯实医学生操作技术的基础,养成良好操作习惯,建立良好行医理念。

With rapid social development, doctors have to have better suture skills. The hands on sessions of general surgery have been improved with the theories and knowledge of plastic surgery. 32 doctors in their clinical rotations have been retrained. Survey results indicate this new approach to general surgery teaching is beneficial for training of medical students.
