摘要
目的:护理实训课开展师生和谐课堂教学效果研究。方法:实验班采用师生和谐课堂教学,对照班采用传统教学方法。结果:实验班认为师生关系和谐(P<0.01),护生的实践能力和考试成绩与对照班比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:提高了护生的学习能力和综合素质,参加国家省护理技能竞赛成绩优异。
Study of the effect of the harmonious classroom teaching between teachers and students on the nursing practical sessions. Method: the teaching method for the experimental class was the Harmonious Classroom Teaching Between Teachers and Students, and for the control class, the traditional teaching. Result: the experimental class thought that they had the harmonious relationship between teachers and students (P 〈 0. 001 ) and the nursing students'practical abilities and the exam results were obviously high compared with those of the students in the control class (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion : the nursing students" learning ability and overall quality was im- proved, and they achieved outstanding result in the provincial and national contests for the nursing skills.
