医科研究生对社会实践的认知、作用及影响因素研究

The perceptions,effects and influencing factors of social practice on medical graduate students

对上海某高校医科专业研究生的问卷调查结果显示:93.7%的研究生认为社会实践有必要,多数研究生认为其对社会责任感等七个方面的能力培养有较高促进作用,而影响社会实践效果的因素包含所在年级、性别、参与角色等。提示社会实践对学生成长的作用深远,充分发挥其作用应施行差别化设计。

The survey of public health graduate students in Shanghai showed that 93.7% students considered social practice worth- while, and most of them believed it improved their sense of social responsibility and six other aspects. The grade, gender and roles were the influencing factors. Survey results suggested that social practices had a profound effect on students＇development. The college should implement diversify the programs to maximize the benefits of social practice.
