摘要
近两年"新型城镇化"的概念成为了学术界的热点。"新型城镇化"没有一个统一的定义,但都将其视为传统城镇发展模式的替代品。党的十八届三中全会提出优化城市空间结构和管理格局视为新型城镇化的重要手段,推进以人为核心的新型城镇化建设。新型城镇化的空间整合机制是多向度的完整体系,从层级上分为全国、区域、城市空间层级,从功能上分为经济空间、社会空间、文化空间,当前中国的新型城镇化在每一个交叉点上都有各不相同的整合需要,同时强调政治空间的引领作用,形成一个空间矩阵。
Recently the concept of the “New Urbanization” is the hot topic in the academic circles. There is no single definition, but the “New Urbanization” will be considered as the alternative to the traditional model of urban development. The 3rd Session of the 18th National Congress of the CPC proposed to optimize the structure and management of urban space as an important means of this new model, promoting people-centered urbanization. The spaces of new urbanization are multidimensional integration mechanism, divided into national space, regional space, urban space from the hierarchy, into economic space, social space, cultural space from the function, in each a cross-point it has different need, while emphasizing the leading role in the political space
