部分国家大数据发展对我国的启示

The Enlightenment of Big Data Development in Some Countries to China

当今社会正由信息时代跨入数据时代,大数据给人们带来日益广泛而深刻的影响。在介绍部分国家大数据发展情况并分析其特征的基础上,提出我国大数据的发展应坚持政府引导、支持,企业主导、推进,公民参与、共享的原则,最终实现社会各主体风险共担、利益共享的发展目标。

The modern society is moving from the information era into the data era, and big data brings increasingly extensive and profound influence on the people. On the basis of introducing the development status of the big data in some countries and the features of the big data, this paper proposes that the big data development in China should adhere to principles of the government＇s guidance ad support, enterprise＇s domination and propulsion and citizen＇s participation and sharing, and finally realize the development target of risk-sharing and benefit-sharing target among all social subjects.
