肺炎支原体感染发病机制的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 肺炎支原体( MP)是介于细菌与病毒之间的一类无细胞壁的原核细胞型微生物,是儿童社区获得性肺炎的常见病原之一[1]。肺炎支原体肺炎( MPP)好发于学龄期及学龄前期儿童,近年来发病呈低龄化趋势,多见于1~3岁的婴幼儿[1,2]。此外,MP感染可引起广泛的肺外并发症,如心肌炎、心包炎、脑膜脑炎、免疫性溶血性贫血及肾炎等,且与支气管哮喘的发病密切相关,部分可遗留肺不张、支气管扩张、闭塞性支气管炎及闭塞性细支气管炎等[3,4]。迄今为止, MPP 的发病机制尚未完全清楚,本文就当前MP感染发病机制的相关研究进展做一综述。
