直墙拱形煤巷断面形状优化的围岩力学行为数值模拟

Mechanical Behavior Numerical Simulation of Surrounding Rock for Optimizing Section Shape of Straight Arch Wall Coal Roadway

摘要 以寺家庄煤矿为例,通过理论建模对直墙拱形煤巷断面形状围岩的力学行为进行了数值模拟分析。研究表明不同矢跨比对大巷围岩力学行为影响明显,随着距帮部、顶板和底板距离的增大,主应力迅速增大,然后逐渐减小至趋于稳定;帮部位移量、顶板下沉量和底板底鼓量都是逐渐减小,直至趋于稳定;而在矢跨比为0.4时,无论是围岩应力还是位移量都较小,矢跨比0.4是圆弧拱大巷设计的最优选择。 Taking Sijiazhuang Coal Mine as an example, we established theoretical model to simulate the mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock with different cross - section shapes of roadway. The calculation results show that the effect of rise span ratio on surrounding rock stability of roadway is obvious. With the distance increasing from sidewall, roof and floor, the principal stress increases rapidly, and then gradually reduces to stabilization ; the displacement of sidewall, roof subsidence and floor heave reduces gradually to stabilization. While the rise span ratio is 0.4, the stress and displacement of surrounding rock is small, so it is the optimum choice for tunnel design with 0.4 of the rise span ratio.
