摘要 营养不良是脑卒中常见的并发症.急性脑卒中患者营养不良会延长患者的住院时间,增加脑卒中的病死率和残疾率.因此,应尽早识别和治疗急性脑卒中营养不良,采用合理的进食方法纠正急性脑卒中患者的营养不良,以改善临床预后.
