微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收测定可能加入明胶的食品中铬的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立微波消解技术进行样品前处理,结合石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,测定可能加入明胶的食品中的铬含量。方法采用微波消解技术处理样品,选用磷酸铵作基体改进剂。结果微波消解前处理一石墨炉原子吸收法测定可能加入明胶的食品中铬含量,样品测定的平均回收率为95.57%~102.2%,RSD为2.36%。结论该法具有操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏、精密度高等优点,可用于可能加入明胶的食品中铬的测定。 Objective To establish microwave digestion technique for sample preparation combined with graphite furnaee atomic absorption spectrometry in order to determine chromium in food might be added gelatin. Methods Samples were treated by microwave digestion technology, ammonium phosphate was chosen as matrix modifier. Results The average recovery of samples was 95.57% - 102. 20%, the RSD was 2. 36%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accu- rate, sensitive and high precision. It can be used to measure chromium content of fnod that may be added gelatin in the process.
