缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压心脏病的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide treatment of hypertension heart disease

目的对缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压心脏病的临床疗效进行探讨和分析。方法选取我院2012年3月-2013年3月收治的120例高血压心脏病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组给予口服缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪,对照组口服缬沙坦,两组患者连续服用16 w后,对两组患者的收缩压(SBP)与舒张压(DBP)、左室肥厚(LVH)、心电图及心动超声的指标改善情况进行观察。结果观察组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率70%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.102,P<0.05);两组患者在SBP、DBP、左室高电压及LVH指标与治疗前具有明显降低,并且观察组的幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪在治疗高血压心脏病方面具有更加显著的作用,且副作用较小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide treatment of hyperten- sion heart disease. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with hypertensive heart disease in Tiebei hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into observation group（ 60 cases） and control group （60 cases）. Joint observation group was given oral valsartan hydrochlorothiazide, the control goup was treated with valsartan, two groups of patients after 16 weeks of continuous use. Two groups of patients with systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, left ventricular hypertrophy （ LVH）, ECG and echocardiography indicators of improvement were observed. Results Observa- tion group were cured 50 cases （83.3%）, effective 7 cases （ 11. 7% ）, 3 cases （5.0%）, the total efficiency of 95% ,effec- tive in 15 cases in the control group （25.0%）, effective 27 cases （45.0%）, invalid 18 cases （30. 0% ）, the total efficiency of 70%, a statistically significant （χ2 = 31. 102 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）, two groups of patients before SBP, DBP, left ventricular hyper- tension and LVH indicators and treatment had significantly reduced and the increase in the observation group than the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Valsartan hydrochlorothiazide plays a more significant role in the treatment of hypertension and heart disease, worthy of clinical application.
