双固定螺钉系统治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤25例临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察双固定螺钉系统治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法对2011年1月至2013年1月收治的25例(男16例,女9例)Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者应用双固定螺钉系统进行韧带修复术,观察术后效果。结果随访3~27个月,平均16个月,无一例发生血管、神经损伤及伤口感染。所有患者膝关节稳定性恢复良好。末次随访Lysholm评分显示,优20例,良3例,可2例,优良率为92.0%。结论双固定螺钉系统治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤操作简单,固定可靠,并发症少,疗效优良。
