摘要
2011年,澳大利亚颁布首个《全国中小学校长专业标准》。为配合中小学校长专业标准的实施,帮助校长管理自我与学校,2013年,澳大利亚教学与学校领导协会公布基于标准的《360度评价框架》并陆续出台用户手册、评定指标、实施方法等配套资源,从量化和质性维度帮助中小学校长评价和提升领导力及其相关要素,以确保校长标准各要素能在真实的环境中发挥实效。
The Australian Professional Standard for Principals was first enacted in 2011. In line with the standard and to foster principals to manage themselves and their schools, a new assessment method called 360 degree Reflection Tool was released on the basis of this standard by Australian Institute'in 2013. Later on, such related resources and supporting materials as user guide, assessment index and implementation approach were developed in order to assist school principals in assessing and promoting their capacity of school leader- ship and management. Through this quantitative and qualitative assessment, the elements of principal standard are expected to be put into practice and play a real role within the context of school.
