摘要
后结构主义是当前教师认同研究的新视角,并已逐渐成为主要的视角。这种研究视角认为:教师认同是教师自我与环境互动的协商与建构;教师认同是受到社会与历史牵制的主体存在。这种视角主要以叙事研究为主,集中探讨教师认同与政治的关系、教师认同与文化的关系,重点关注教师在各种复杂环境下的被感知性和被植入性,彰显出在教师认同研究中对教师主体的重视。
Poststructuralist perspective is the new and main perspective of teacher identity research field. This perspective think that: teacher identity is interaction and consultation constantly between teacher self with the environment, teacher identity is the being subject which is pulled by social and historical framework. This perspective mainly in narrative research paradigm focuses on the relationship between teachers identity and politics, the rela- tionship between teacher identity and culture. This perspective takes the special attention on teachers in a variety of complex environments are perceived and are implanted, highlights the teachers~ subjectivity.
