摘要
目的:评价BV速蓝和BV丽珠两种唾液酸酶试剂诊断细菌性阴道病(BV)的性能。方法:选取以Nugent法诊断为BV的患者75例,健康查体无阴道炎者115例,对其分泌物同时采用Nugent评分法、Amsel法、BV丽珠法及BV速蓝法检测。结果:以Nugent法为金标准,BV速蓝法的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为80.0%、99.0%、98.0%、88.0%,BV丽珠试剂法分别为79.0%、99.0%、98.0%、87.0%;BV速蓝法和Nugent法、Amsel法符合率分别为91.6%、90.0%,BV丽珠试剂法与Nugent法、Amsel法符合率分别为91.1%、90.5%。BV速蓝法与Nugent法和Amsel法吻合度均较强,Kappa值分别为0.818、0.770;BV丽珠法与Nugent法、Amsel法吻合度与BV速蓝法一致,Kappa值分别为0.807、0.780。结论:BV速蓝法的灵敏度和阴性预测值略好于BV丽珠试剂法,与Nugent法的符合率略高于BV丽珠试剂,但二者差异无统计学意义。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacies of two sialidase reagents in diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis( BV). Methods: A total of 75 patients diagnosed as BV by Nugent score method and 115 healthy women without BV after healthy physical examination were selected,their vaginal secretion samples were detected by Nugent score method,Amsel method,BV detection by Lizhu kit and BV detection by sialidase test. Results: Taking Nugent score method as gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of BV detection by sialidase test were 80. 0%,99. 0%,98. 0% and 88. 0%,respectively; the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of BV detection by Lizhu kit were 79. 0%,99. 0%,98. 0% and 87. 0%,respectively; the coincidence rates of BV detection by sialidase test and Nugent score method,Amsel method were 91. 6% and 90. 0%,respectively; the coincidence rates of BV detection by Lizhu kit and Nugent score method,Amsel method were 91. 1% and 90. 5%,respectively; the matching rate of BV detection by sialidase test and Nugent score method,Amsel method were high,Kappa values were 0. 818 and 0. 770,respectively; the matching rate of BV detection by Lizhu kit and Nugent score method,Amsel method were in accordance with BV detection by sialidase test,Kappa values were 0. 807 and 0. 780,respectively. Conclusion: The sensitivity and negative predictive value of BV detection by sialidase test were better than those of BV detection by Lizhu kit,its coincidence rate with Nugent score method was higher than that of BV detection by Lizhu kit,but there was no statistical significant difference.
