醋酸-碘染色肉眼观察法筛查宫颈癌可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨醋酸-碘染色肉眼观察(VIA-VILI)法筛查宫颈癌前病变的可行性。方法:回顾性分析2010年天津市西青区已婚妇女宫颈癌筛查情况,随机选取30-59岁的健康已婚妇女2 006例,使用VIA-VILI法联合电子阴道镜筛查宫颈癌。结果:VIA-VILI法筛查病理结果≥宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)Ⅰ164例,VIA-VILI特异度为85.54%,其中需要治疗44例,实际治疗43例。结论:VIA-VILI法操作简便快速、易于掌握,价格低廉、易于被接受,在经济欠发达地区或低收入人群,由经过培训的医生实施VIA-VILI法做宫颈癌初筛的方案可行。
