脑室、腰大池置管颅内压监测阶梯降颅内压治疗脑出血患者45例疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 2010年1月-2013年12月,我们在45例脑出血患者治疗过程中先行脑室内颅内压监测阶梯降颅内压治疗,然后于腰大池置管行颅内压监测阶梯降颅内压治疗,效果满意。现报告如下。临床资料:本组男34例、女21例,年龄38-82岁,平均57岁。有高血压病史42例,无高血压病史3例。清醒15例,浅昏迷24例,深昏迷6例。均有不同程度的肢体活动障碍。血肿位于基底节区29例,丘脑区16例,其中出血破入侧脑室35例。行微创手术43例,开颅手术2例。
