双氧水的热危险性及铁离子掺杂对其热稳定性的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究双氧水的热危险性并定量考察三价铁离子掺杂对其热稳定性的影响,作者利用C600微量量热仪对35%双氧水(质量分数)的热分解特性进行了研究,得到了其在绝热条件下达到最大反应速率所需时间;并研究了无三价铁离子及三价铁离子质量分数为0.005%、0.01%及0.02%时的35%双氧水(质量分数)的热分解特性,得到了三价铁离子掺杂对双氧水热稳定性的影响。研究表明,为保证双氧水在一般环境条件下安全稳定存储,需控制温度在40℃以下,并应控制双氧水中的三价铁离子含量。 Herein we used C600 micro-calorimeter to study the thermal decomposition behavior of 35%( m)hydrogen peroxide,in order to understand its thermal hazard and the influence of ferric ion to its thermostability quantitatively. We have measured the time required to achieve the maximum decomposition rate under adiabatic condition and investigated the influence of ferric ion to the thermostability of 35% hydrogen peroxide by observing its thermal decomposition behavior in the absence and in the presence of 0. 005%,0. 01% and 0. 02% ferric ion. It has been concluded that a storage temperature under 40℃ and a careful control of the concentration of ferric ion is necessary for the safe and stable storage of hydrogen peroxide under regular condition.
