摘要
宁煤烯烃160万t甲醇合成尾气回收,可作为硫回收、丙烯、备煤单元的燃料气,但仍有部分尾气因为热值低、压力低、带液等问题排放到低压火炬系统,造成资源浪费和环境污染。本文对放空的尾气进行分析,在工艺上加以改造,作为动力燃料气,实现合成可燃性气体零排放的目标,并产生较高的经济价值。
1. 6 million tons methanol synthesis exhaust gas of shenhua ningxia coal industry group olefin company is used as fuel gas of sulfur recovery,propylene,coal preparation unit. But part of the exhaust gas,which discharged into the low pressure flare system because of low calorific value, low pressure and gas with liquid, causes resource waste and environmental pollution. This paper analyzed the exhaust gas,improved the technology of the process to make it transform into fuel gas used for boiler. Then it is easy to achieve the goal of zero discharge of combustible gas and high economic value.
