摘要
固体物理是河南科技大学硅光伏特色专业的专业基础课,通过分析目前该课程存在的不足,根据硅光伏特色专业的特点提出了对教学内容、教学方法以及考核体系三个方面的优化和调整。实践表明,通过对该课程的调整和优化不仅可以调动学生的学习积极性,还可以提高其分析问题、解决问题的能力,从而提高教学质量。
Solid state physics is one of the professional basic courses of silicon photovoltaic which is part of henan university of science and technology characteristic professionalism. This paper analyzes the shortages and problems in the solid state physics current teaching. Based on the silicon photovoltaic characteristic professionalism distinguishing feature, the teaching content,method and appraisal system three aspects have been adjusted and optimized. The results show that curriculum adjustment and optimization not only improve the studentˊs interest to study,but also improve their abilities to analyze and solve problem. In the end,curriculum adjustment and optimization enhanced the teaching quality.
