不同培养条件对植物乳杆菌代谢物组抑菌效果的影响

Effect of different culture conditions on Lactobacillus metabolomic antibacterial capability

摘要 为获得更多的有效代谢产物,研究了不同条件对植物乳杆菌发酵产代谢物组抑菌能力的影响,通过单因素试验和正交试验,以抑制大肠杆菌抑菌圈的直径为模型,评价有效代谢物的含量。结果表明,植物乳杆菌发酵产代谢物的最佳条件组合为pH6.5、温度30℃、接种量2%,在此条件下培养24 h,代谢物组的抑菌圈直径可达25.22 mm。 In order to obtain more effective metabolites, an experimental study of the effects of different fermentation conditions on Lactobacillus metabolites antimicrobial activity was undertaken by a single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment design. The zone of inhibition diameter was measured for the effective evaluation of metabolite content model. The results showed that, the optimum conditions for Lactobacillus fermentation metabolite combination were as follows: pH 6.5, culture temperature of 30 ℃ and inoculation amount of 2%(v/v). Cultured under this condition for 24 h, the metabolites inhibition zone diameter was up to 25.22 mm.
