摘要
用超声辅助提取菝葜中多酚类化合物,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间和超声功率等4个因素对多酚类化合物的影响,通过单因素和正交试验确定提取最佳工艺条件。根据L9(34)正交试验结果表明,菝葜多酚提取的优化工艺为60%乙醇浓度、料液比为1:10(g:m L)、超声波功率为162 W、超声时间为25 min时提取效果最佳,此时菝葜的多酚类化合物提取率为12.2%。
Extraction technology of polyphenols from Smilax china L(SCL) by ultrasonic assisted method. The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power. According to the L9(3^4) orthogonal test, the results showed that polyphenols extraction technology conditions from SCL were as follow: 60% ethanol concentration, solidliquid ratio of 1:10(g:m L), ultrasonic power was 162 W, ultrasonic extraction time was 25 min. Under the above conditions, polyphenols extraction yield was 12.2%.
