摘要
运用GC/MS/MS来检测街边小吃接触材料中的多环芳烃。在一定的色谱和质谱条件下,对处理过的样品进行检测。该方法的检测限为1 ng/m L,加标回收率在93.2%-109.3%范围内,相对标准偏差在1.08%-2.43%范围内。采用此方法在几种小吃食品的塑料和泡沫包装材料中检测出了许多的多环芳烃,纸质和木质食品包装材料中只有劣质卫生纸中检测到了少量的多环芳烃。实验结果表明,纸质和木质食品包装材料比塑料盒泡沫食品包装材料要安全。
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHS) in food packaging materials are detected by GC/MS/MS in this paper. Samples were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative under certain conditions. Results indicate that the limits of detection for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the test samples are 1 ng/m L, and the recoveries are in the range of 93.2%-109.3%, the relative standard deviation is in the range of 1.08%-2.43%.
