摘要
目的探讨风湿性疾病湿热证的共性特征。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术,对强直性脊柱炎(AS)湿热证患者、痛风性关节炎(GA)湿热证患者及健康志愿者的血清样本进行微量元素组学研究,比较AS湿热证患者、GA湿热证患者相对于健康志愿者血清中与湿热证相关的共性差异微量元素。结果模式识别分析显示,AS湿热证组与GA湿热证组分别与其对照组之间均表现出明显的分离趋势。与健康对照组比较,GA湿热证组和AS湿热证组均表现为血清铜、铷和铯水平的显著升高(P<0.01)。结论血清铜、铷和铯水平升高可能为风湿性疾病湿热证的共性元素特征。
Objective To explore the common features of rheumatic diseases with damp-heat syndrome.Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) was applied to determinate trace element profiles of blood samples from ankylosing spondylitis( AS) patients with damp-heat syndrome,gouty arthritis( GA) patients with damp-heat syndrome,and healthy volunteers. Then the trace element profiles of different patients and healthy subjects were compared,and the common features in the trace element profiles of AS patients and GA patients which were different from those of healthy volunteers were investigated. Results Compared with healthy control group,both GA damp-heat group and AS damp-heat group showed significant increase levels of copper,rubidium and cesium in blood serum. Conclusion The increased serum levels of copper,rubidium and cesium may be the common elementary features in damp-heat syndrome of rheumatic diseases.
