艾塞那肽联合二甲双胍对肥胖2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨艾塞那肽联合二甲双胍治疗对肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取肥胖的T2DM患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予艾塞那肽联合二甲双胍治疗12周,对照组给予阿卡波糖片、瑞格列奈片口服治疗12周。治疗前及治疗12周后,采用高分辨率血管超声测定肱动脉反应性充血时血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(EDD)及硝酸甘油介导的内皮非依赖性舒张功能(NMD),以评价血管内皮功能,检测两组患者治疗前后的糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平,比较两组治疗前后的BMI变化。结果治疗后,治疗组EDD值高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Hb A1c水平均较治疗前降低,治疗后治疗组Hb A1c水平低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组治疗后BMI较治疗前降低(P<0.01)。结论艾塞那肽联合二甲双胍治疗能改善肥胖T2DM患者的血管内皮功能,同时能更好地控制血糖、减轻体质量。
